1. Talk about your expectations
Your expectations are the starting point for design work. Talking about your tastes, habits, or esthetic preferences will help to create a space that fully meets your needs.
2. Analysis and design of the functional system
Based on the previously collected interview, we present 2-3 best variants of the functional layout of the designed space. Together, we select and modify the layout that is best for you.
3. Defining the design style
After the initial conversation, we will prepare a package of inspirations for you that will allow you to understand the aesthetics that suit you. After choosing the most interesting, we create the so-called mood board or graphic board, which consists of colors, materials, or examples of projects that together create the climate that suits you.
4. Photorealistic visualizations
We develop them based on the previously selected esthetic layout and mood board. If you do not like the first version of the visualization, we will prepare a second one under the free contract.
5. Product selection
Products corresponding to the project are presented at meetings or by email.
6. Executive drawings
Executive documentation allows you to fine-tune every detail of the interior to the smallest detail. We prepare it based on accepted visualizations, product selection, and conversations about details. Thanks to it, the contractor can realize the interior according to your expectations.
7 Design architect's supervision
We can ensure that the project implementation is in line with what we designed. The rules of supervision are set individually, it may include visits to the construction site, contact with contractors, assistance in purchasing, or selection of interior accessories.

Talking about your expectations is a casual meeting in our office, during which we can help you determine your expectations and guidelines for the project.
2. Determining the terms of cooperation
Architectural projects, due to the diverse scope of activities, require well-defined goals and work schedule. We will present you with our proposal for the terms of cooperation and we will adapt them to your needs together.
3. Investment analysis
We carry out comprehensive analyzes of plots, local law, insolation, and profitability of a construction investment.
4. Architectural concept
The architectural concept is a preliminary design containing: projections, cross-sections, facades, and visualizations of the designed building. We make them based on your guidelines, analysis of the plot, the environment, our ideas, and sleepy mar.
5. Architectural and construction design
An architectural and construction project is the documentation you need to get a building permit and be able to realize your dream building. We will prepare it for you.
6.Detailed Design.
If your building design is based on unique technological solutions, you will need a detailed design. At the client’s request, we prepare executive documentation for projects from our office.
